Position: Junior Art Director / Multimedia Artist 
Location: Seoul, South Korea (Full-Time / Remote) 
Working Hours: Any 8-hour period between 7 AM - 6 PM KST

Job Overview 
As a Junior Art Director / Multimedia Artist at Slurp Laboratories, you will play a  pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of the brand. You will work across  packaging, multimedia content, and campaigns, ensuring that every design reflects  Slurp’s core identity. Key Responsibilities 
Creative Strategy & Campaign Development 
Collaborate with the Creative Director and Chief Marketing Officer to develop and  contribute ideas for the brand's visual direction for marketing campaigns. Provide fresh,  out-of-the-box ideas that align with the brand’s character and aesthetic values while  keeping the customer-first approach. 

• Examples: Product launches, evergreen campaigns, campaign videos, social  media rollouts.

We use Basecamp to manage and set tasks, with weekly Zoom meetings to stay  aligned and review progress. A flexible schedule is appreciated, as we value  collaboration and ongoing communication across time zones.

Skills & Qualifications 

 

Required: 

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, packaging design, or art direction,  ideally within the beauty or fashion industries. 

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 

• Strong understanding of brand identity, minimalism, and visual storytelling. 

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a  fast-paced environment. 

 

Preferred: 

• Experience with video editing and photo editing. 

• Familiarity with packaging production processes. 

• Knowledge of UX design and optimization.
